Ticketing Policies

Ticket Exchanges

2026 tickets may be exchanged up until the day before a performance, with a $15 per ticket fee. If you have not chosen a date to exchange into, we will issue you an Exchange Voucher that may be redeemed for a performance up until the end of the 2026 Season. The Fee will be applicable and deducted at the time the voucher is processed. Tickets may be donated up to the day of the performance. There are no refunds unless a performance is canceled by OSF, but we do offer Season Ticket Insurance.

Ticket Insurance

Season Ticket Insurance is available and must be purchased when you buy the tickets, offering the options of refund or exchange up until the day before the performance without a fee. Season Ticket Insurance is offered for $50.00 to cover all ticket changes throughout the season. Note: Ticket Insurance is not refundable.

Per Ticket Fee

Ticket prices listed above are per person and include a $5 Venue Support Fee that helps support our campus infrastructure and the audience experience.

Donations

Should you be unable to attend the scheduled performance, you may donate the value of the tickets any time up to the day of the performance.
